This knife is forged with 5160 steel and is a knife with a high carbon composition in its steel so it retains a very sharp and durable edge.

The handle is a combination of cherry and mogno, sculpted to have a comfortable shape for those who use a kitchen knife every day.
I chose to work with a Japanese design to create a beautiful and practical kiritsuke, for the use of professional chefs or home cooks who just want a beautiful high quality knife to make their dinners.
